New Information Technology Is Not Developed In Yakutia

The republic of Sakha (Yakutia) is the biggest region in The Russian Federation among other republics and other regions. The region plays a very important role in the life of the country, it is well known for diamonds booty, so it influences the economic condition of Russia.
Speaking about the republic and its development it is necessary to point the information technology of the region as it has a necessary function of opportunity with communicating, and its own development. Unfortunately, if to observe last facts of a research, the region gets the last place in the development of the technology, while Moscow and Saint Petersburg are the first in the research. There are some reasons and factors that influence badly this event. For example, the republic of Sakha (Yakutia) is situated very far from the other regions, then, the local government pays not enough attention to the region s development. The education is also very law and there are not many people, who know computers well. If to observe the situation in schools, children are not taught enough by computers, there is lack of computers in classes and the subject of IT can be studied only once or twice a week.
On the other hand, a lot of foreigners can be noticed in the region, I think it means that people have some contacts with other countries, communicate and introduce their culture and regions. Moreover, there are projects, for example: Children of Asia , in which people of another regions can take part. I also know, that there was information, about a person from the republic of Sakha (Yakutia), which created a computer play and some corporation offered him to sell it them. In addition to this, I can say that there are some systems of education in the region.
To sum up, I consider that, perhaps, that the condition of the development of the information technology is not perfect, but we cannot also decide that it is absolutely not developed in the region. There are another good ways with making contact with another countries and regions, but of course, the mainest is information technology. So the republic should develop itself and find another ways of making the information technology progressed.
