Smoking Must Be Banned In All Restaurants And Bars Lazareva

Nowadays almost the half of mankind are smokers. And there is a big problem of society for example, in public places, where the both of them are. In many countries it is forbidden to smoke in public places and they pay a lot of money for smoking in such places. What about restaurants and bars, in most of them there are two places: for smokers and non-smokers. it seems to be a good solution but some restaurants and bars are not big, and there is no difference between smokers- and non-smokers halls. there must be a good ventilation to protect such situation. also another solution is to make in every building the special strong-ventilated room for smokers. also the government should increase the price of cigarettes and make a big fine. to my mind, it would decide this problem.
