Deforestation. Some people may think that it is not quite a problem, but it really is a problem. It is not only about cutting trees, but deforestation may be of a natural character - hurricanes, floods and especially - fire.
Without trees our climate may become very bad. High temperature and contaminated air - it is only a beginning of a long list of things which are caused by deforestation. Deforestation is a contributor to global warming, and is often cited as one of the major causes of the enhanced greenhouse effect. Also, deforestation violates the life of an animals. They just die, having their home forests cut down.
The deforestation problem cannot be solved, because the lumber is one of the mostly used materials in many industries. If we cannot solve this problem, we can only try to make it less dangerous. People can use less paper and after it was being used, recycle it. It can help make deforestation lesser, because many trees are used to make paper. Books can be made in electronic variant. On my mind, paper books are already outmoded.
Deforestation is a serious problem and soon, life on Earth may become impossible, or very hard. To prevent it, progress must go on, make a choice in a way of electronic development. And the best thing to save the forests is to simply take care about it.
